We want you to be completely satisfied with your Salomon purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Start Your Return
Visit our Return Portal to initiate your return or exchange. You’ll need your order number and email address. - Pack Your Items
Place the unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging. Include all tags and accessories. - Ship Your Return
Print the prepaid return label provided and attach it to your package. Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
Return Policy Details
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in new, unused condition with original tags.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through the Help Center for assistance.
